- the tips are pooled every week and distributed by hours worked so someone who works a slow Monday dinner gets the same tip out at someone who works a Sunday brunch rush - there are 40 servers on the payroll but 2-3 on the floor at a time which means getting the good shifts (Monday-Wednesday) is impossible. - management is disorganized - management is always hiring yet Alesha understaffed. - no room for growth that doesn’t involve insane hours (no one wants to be a shift leader)
