Pros

Beware, you'll work all standard holidays.

Cons

Communication from leadership is consistently poor, with little transparency around decisions, priorities, or organizational direction. There is a strong “yes mentality” where employees are expected to execute without asking questions or providing constructive feedback. Challenging ideas or raising concerns is often discouraged, which creates a culture of silence rather than collaboration. Senior leadership lacks accountability and often appears disconnected from the day-to-day realities employees face. Issues are pushed downward while recognition and visibility flow upward. The environment can also feel very cliquish, where favoritism and internal circles impact collaboration and growth opportunities more than performance or merit.
