Cons
Salary is lower than industry standards, and the company is strict on remote working policies. High staff turnover often results in significantly increased workloads without compensation. Roles tend to be isolated, limiting opportunities for cross-team collaboration. There is a significant blame culture in some areas, particularly from Corporate Business. CTS security often faced undue pressure for issues outside our control, as changes were not properly regression tested, yet the security tools were repeatedly blamed instead.
