Pros
The salary when I began was decent and competitive for the industry, higher pay than other competitors
Cons
The workload was completely unsustainable, with an extremely high caseload and constant pressure from management. There was also virtually no training provided. New employees were essentially handed contracts, told to read and understand them on their own, and then immediately thrown into a heavy caseload with very little guidance or support. The office culture felt toxic and exclusionary. Although the company promoted itself as bilingual, there was a very strong expectation to operate primarily in French, and English-speaking employees often felt unwelcome. Large meetings were frequently conducted entirely in French, making it difficult for non-native speakers to participate or feel included. The environment was highly stressful, and some client relationships raised serious ethical concerns. It often felt like the company prioritized serving large corporations and cutting costs over employee well-being, while still trying to maintain some semblance of ethics. Overall, I would not recommend this workplace based on my experience.
