Pros

It's a great staff, and I do enjoy the type of work. I like working with customers, sorting the mail, and inputting packages and returns. There is always something to do there.

Cons

The main con is that it is tough to get a permanent job there. You start off as on-call, then you can get a part time position that is about 10-20 hours per week. After that, you can get part time around 30 hours per week, then work up to becoming a full-time employee. It may take a couple of years to do that. It's a good option if you just need a little extra cash, but not if you're relying on it to pay your bills (unless you manage to become a full time staff member quickly).
