Pros
The pay is decent and the benefits package looks good on paper. That’s about it.
Cons
Where do I even start. This place chews people up and spits them out. They set you up to fail. Impossible deadlines dumped on you with zero support and when you inevitably can’t deliver miracles suddenly YOU’RE the problem. The turnover is insane and nobody in leadership seems to care or even ask why people keep walking out the door. Supervisors will nitpick the smallest thing you do while ignoring the fact that the team is drowning. They’ll humiliate you in front of others, pile more work on you when you’re already underwater and then gaslight you when you push back. You start questioning your own sanity. HR is essentially decorative. People file complaints. Nothing happens. Nothing changes. The same manager and supervisors keep doing the same things. It’s like screaming into a void. I’ve stayed in touch with former colleagues who had the exact same experience. Filed complaints, got nowhere, eventually just quit for their own wellbeing. My mental health took a serious hit while I was there. I didn’t realize how bad it had gotten until I left and started feeling like a normal person again. You walk in every day with a knot in your stomach not knowing what’s coming. That’s not a workplace, that’s a hazard. I’m writing this now because I recently connected with someone who also recently left. Same stories, same issues. Figured people deserve a warning.
