Pros
Flexibility of work, easy targets
Cons
I recently experienced firsthand the detrimental effects of the new management team and it's safe to say that my impression is far from positive. Under their leadership, the workplace environment has become fraught with uncertainty, lack of direction, and an alarming disregard for employee well-being. One of the most glaring issues with the new management is their lack of reliability. It's clear that they are struggling to establish a cohesive vision for the company, leading to confusion and frustration among employees. Their indecisiveness has resulted in constant changes in priorities and strategies, leaving employees feeling like they are constantly chasing moving targets. What's even more concerning is the arbitrary nature of their decision-making when it comes to employment. Despite meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets, employees are not safe from the threat of termination. The new management seems to view firing employees as a casual and arbitrary exercise of power, with no regard for the impact it has on individuals and their livelihoods. There is no guarantee of fair compensation for hard work and dedication. Rather than rewarding employees for their achievements, the new management has resorted to increasing annual targets without offering any corresponding increase in salary or benefits. This blatant disregard for employee morale and financial stability is both demoralizing and unjust.
