      Pros

      Used to be nice working environment. Big name brand, company vehicle (compare to some small company), that's about it.

      Cons

      Three years after the big merge, the management turned into nightmare, shop manager there is very good at office political, micro management and humiliate employees. BTW this branch used to have 30 technician, now less than 10.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
