      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Was good place to work before the fired the station manager Alex.

      Cons

      A lot of harassment and bullying ocurr and management looks the other way. Work environment is stressful for that reason. It used to be a good place to work but now management is overwhelmed has no experience

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
