      Good benefits, pay is in line with local industry.

      Cons

      Field staff is considered supremely disposable. If the office screws up, pin it on the field, make sure there is no living record left on the site, and move on.

      They do a lot of company lunches

      Cons

      3-4 interviews are done. Company is growing and the work load was for all offices across Canada not just local. Expectations from project managers and coordinators, and management, is unachievable for new employees.
