They’ll promise you a high salary and pay it (for a while) before excuses and salary cuts are made.
Cons
Forget what they promise you. Almost no sales volume in 3PL = low commissions. Unethical behavior by management, zero structure to allow you to actually do your job. Impossible to get answers about anything or create any meaningful process. Saw them hire many people to build teams, but then fire them immediately after completion to replace the role with cheaper labor. I even seen them fire a pregnant US employee a week after the condition was disclosed, under thinly veiled excuses and years of good employment. Also worth mentioning that my reputation took a hit working for them because my carriers called me for over 6 months after I left their employment because of payment issues. Two of them faced near bankruptcy from Chargers inability to pay. Do NOT recommend.
