Decent pay for the area and job function; probably less so if you don't have a graduate degree. Colleagues were good people, but it definitely felt like we were all bonded together in collective misery.
Cons
Minimal training for the workload and degree of responsibility.
Zero work-life balance for the scientist track.
Decent amount of PTO, but you never really get to use it.

Coworkers are people who make the time go by faster.
Cons
The pay is really low compared to everything on the market, yet they claim competitive pay. They do the bare minimum for employee benefits. The dental and health care are also not ideal plans.
