      Pros

      Decent pay for the area and job function; probably less so if you don't have a graduate degree. Colleagues were good people, but it definitely felt like we were all bonded together in collective misery.

      Cons

      Minimal training for the workload and degree of responsibility. Zero work-life balance for the scientist track. Decent amount of PTO, but you never really get to use it.

      Charles River is a company that truly works to improve people's health and well being. It's rewarding to work for a company with a great vision and mission. Leadership really cares about employees. Charles River offers many resources for employees. It's a great place to work!

      Cons

      Pay is slightly under the industry.

      Pros

      Coworkers are people who make the time go by faster.

      Cons

      The pay is really low compared to everything on the market, yet they claim competitive pay. They do the bare minimum for employee benefits. The dental and health care are also not ideal plans.
