      hot chocolate every second friday coworkers were nice

      overworked employees until they went on burnout refused to let employees transfer departments until 9 months later

      Charles River is a company that truly works to improve people's health and well being. It's rewarding to work for a company with a great vision and mission. Leadership really cares about employees. Charles River offers many resources for employees. It's a great place to work!

      Pay is slightly under the industry.

      Pros

      Coworkers are people who make the time go by faster.

      Cons

      The pay is really low compared to everything on the market, yet they claim competitive pay. They do the bare minimum for employee benefits. The dental and health care are also not ideal plans.
