-Ask for results above your job description without compensation or discussion -no raises -not compensated for extra work or initiatives -they have no problem asking you to work obertime without compensation -exploit trust and loyalty of their long-term staff -promote from outside -new executive team is closed-minded to feedback -no people focus -HR is not for the people - only to protect the company

Never felt like i mattered, they could find another person to fill my position & take my clients in a minute. Not busy. Hard to build clientele. Was pretty much a janitor for them
