This fosters employee satisfaction and productivity. Creating a comfortable environment for communication enhances collaboration and workplace culture, and that's what I value the most.

Upper management and the long timers may exude an air of superiority or entitlement, creating a challenging workplace environment. It seems like they lack interpersonal skills. The company could benefit from implementing training programs that focus on leadership skills for managers.

The number one thing I value about working at Christie Lites is being able to work remotely, it grants flexibility for home life and provides a positive incentive to the job. I also really enjoy that we are a global company as it allows for great networking opportunities throughout the industry. There is a good sense of support throughout the teams and a drive to see everyone succeed. The CEO is involved, present, and cares about his employees and their careers. The company values promoting within and there are growth opportunities. I also enjoy that we use a solid metric-based system for reviews and bonuses versus an opinion-based review system, its incentives the employees as they can see what they are working towards. The company has very well documented training manuals and guides to assist with daily tasks and the managers foster an environment for asking questions and learning. They don’t micro-manage, they allow the work to speak for itself and adjust accordingly
