      Benefits are good. Unlimited PTO is something not for words but you can actually get good PTOs provided work is not impacted.

      Too much shift in priorities at times.

      Great benefits, remote life is great, flexible PTO is always a plus.

      Cons

      Publicly traded companies are just going to do what they do. If you can make one marketer pretend to accomplish the work of five, that’s good enough for shareholders.
