      Remote work is still allowed to employees.

      Cons

      Blueplanet Inventory(convergence) is full of micromanagement.Managers ping multiple times even if the work is on track. Whole year was filled with extra extended working hours but managers didn’t allowed to fill extra time in timesheets. Too much work and zero appreciation and rewards. Minimal hikes of 5-7% even when company is in profits and shares are all time high.

      Great benefits, remote life is great, flexible PTO is always a plus.

      Cons

      Publicly traded companies are just going to do what they do. If you can make one marketer pretend to accomplish the work of five, that’s good enough for shareholders.
