1. Best in industry salary 2. WFH benefits 3. Flexible work timings

Cons

1. Very poor communication from Managers, which leads to lack of input and resources 2. No guidance from seniors in any aspect, making new learnings tougher 3. People work in silos, there is no way to collaborate and move forward when stuck 4. One of the worst training of first 2 weeks, just random townhall video recordings sent by my senior manager, post which I was in the project even after reporting multiple times that those did not make sense
