      Pay was competitive for role.

      Cons

      The department is cliquey as hell! Workplace bullying happens all the time from leads and supervisors. Very long hours (evenings unpaid). Company poorly resourced to complete work for major vendors and so forces artists to make up for its shortcomings on big projects.

      Great equipment, great team feeling

      Cons

      Start up feel (at the time) with growing pains as far as communicating with London. Leaps and bounds improvements to today, I'm sure.

      Coffee, (mostly) nice coworkers, new facilities

      Cons

      They'll bring you in from anywhere in the world and dump you when they're done with you. Very low encouragement of creativity. Low wages. No support. No clue. Taking this job is one of my biggest regrets.
