The company is cheap when it comes to employee pay or pay increases. They don't allow EI/CERB because they want government subsidies, they do not reward hard work and effort no matter how persistent you may be, the manager is there bc he has a degree but hes absolutely worthless. There is no growth here at all, I've seen very smart and capable people here for years in the same position, awful company structuring, I hope these people find better jobs or the company management gets itself together. Some people are not to bad to work with, but some people should've been fired years ago
