      There are quite literally no pros

      - The Corporate Marketing Director is a walking HR violation: Extremely inappropriate, a bully, loves to waste your time, and is highly disorganized - Being a family business, it's obvious that there is extreme favouritism. If you aren't part of the family, you're an outcast - They do not give out raises - Boomer mentality, they are not open to any change whatsoever

      Pros

      The pay is half decent.

      Cons

      There is no organization or leadership. They fully expect you to do and learn everything on your own. There is no territory despite them telling you will have a specific territory during the hiring process. There are seasoned employees that already have all the good clients. It is a revolving door they are always hiring and firing people every few months.
