The company is really invested in each individual employee. The management trusts their employees and does not micro manage individuals. I am a very happy employee. The benefits are pretty good for a small company and the compensation is fair based on how well your team does in their territory.

I honestly cannot think of a con right now. We did just get bought by Optiv- but right now that even looks positive.

You get spoiled working here, it is very difficult to leave.
