      Worst Job - Cashier Co-op Employee Review

      Pros

      Co workers are some of the best people you will meet. Working with life long friends is the only benefit of this working at this horrible location.

      Cons

      Management is verbally abusive, does not allow any communication between co-workers on the floor. Manager picks favorites, bullies employees she does not like. Employees are expected to pick up slack for the lack of staff and receive no recognition. Manager does not offer any support during stressful situations and will reprimand staff for requesting assistance. If you can, stay far away from this position.

      Pros

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
