      The people you are on the same team as you, are great people (but are being taken advantage of)

      Cons

      Offers are given with false/empty promises. There is no employee loyalty and you are consistently ignored when looking for solutions and/or reasons on decisions that are being made without your knowledge - Moves, changes, within your group
