Pros

Work from home benefits Colleagues *if you’re lucky

Cons

Asked us to work onsite for a training, turns out we were getting laid-off anyway. They just pushed through with the training knowing it was useless and a waste of time, resources and energy, because the executive has already booked her flights and hotel stay. Just because they want to please the client. All those pleasantries and relationship building was for nothing. They knew about the layoff months prior, but chose to tell us too late we have already spent our bonuses that could have been used as an additional emergency fund. No concern for their employee at all. Just kiss ahh bosses. Manager: Was mentally and emotionally unfit for the role, employees has to suffer from her incompetence. The manager was actually a friend of the Director, I wonder why she got the position. Leadership skills was lacking. HMO: Over time, the company transitioned to a more cheaper HMO provider where you need to pay I call it a “penalty/fine” for every “non-emergency” cases that are brought to the ER. Why would you even visit an ER if it’s not for an emergency? You cant walk in to a clinic of your choice as you will have to search online for affiliate clinics, book an appointment and prepare a LOA. Very inconvenient. Redeployment: You can’t say no to their redeployment offers, no regards to your schedule preference. If you say no, you’ll get a written warning. You’ll have no choice but to resign. So company don’t have to give you severance pay. I am furious that this is even legal.

Pros

Decent Pay and benefits . Trainers prepare you for basic work

Cons

They have Team Leaders and product experts. Some Team leaders are great, my was not, I was supposed to be coached on a regular basis, for four months I received no coaching. My coach only got involved if something could negatively could affect their Stats. I asked for more training several times, the 2nd time I asked, she transferred me to her supervisor instead of answering my question. Products Experts were helpful but sometimes had completely different answers to the same question. There was this ongoing training that you could request to join. I stopped going when they repeatedly taught the opposite of some the companies Zero Tolerance policies. When i brought it up with their supervisor I never recieved a reply.
