On balance, everything is pretty bad. They treat their people very poorly and nothing is organized well. When I was there, probably over 50 ppl were hired and fired. Few for good reasons, however most were "political" and/ or arbitrary due to a miscalculation on part of management hiring people they thought they needed because of demand they thought they had. To give an idea of how bad of a place the office was to work in, the HR dept had literally 100% turnover appx every 6mths. Over 20 ppl in the office were fired just before Christmas in 2018. I've never seen or heard of anything like that anywhere before. The process manager and planner are incompetent liars that are trying to protect their jobs because they are unemployable at any other reputable company. So, naturally, they're a perfect fit at Cube. Conclusion: If you're desperate, work there until something better comes along. Go in knowing that it isn't permanent and keep looking. Then leave without notice and never look back. Don't feel bad about it, because they'll fire anyone in a heartbeat (with or without reasons). If you have options, don't even take the interview and carry on. You'll thank me later, believe me.
