Pros
I met lots of good people there. It's clean, safe, the work isn't overly demanding. Job security is virtually guaranteed despite economic circumstances and overtime is usually available. The pay is good for the nature of the work. I learned a lot about distribution and 3PL and gained experience driving lift trucks.
Cons
The floor is over run by drug dealers. You can't get a foot in the ground there unless you're willing to submit to their dominance and endure the humiliation, and even then there is no guarantee they'll accept you. Management looks the other way on a lot of issues. Promotions aren't based on merit and favoritism is the norm. Employees rob the place blind. People complain about everything and anything all day every day... It's just not a healthy social environment.
