Pros
Many bright and intellectually talented individuals in the organization on front lines. These people if timely recognized can help the organization to brace itself not only for the next era but overcoming the issues listed in cons and advice.
Cons
Lack of respect for diverse individuals out here in North America. Diversity and Inclusion is merely staged in emails lacking impact. Bracing the banner for digitalization yet many systems are broken, processes lack controls and supervision (For example journals posted without approval). A perfect case used by senior management for promoting a toxic environment of blame and throw the person under you under the bus.
