      - Great team and culture - You can choose to be or not be as active and hands on as you like - Great place for devs who want to be more than just code monkeys: you have full ownership on features and can easily bring new ideas to the table and have them executed fairly quickly - Good WLB

      Cons

      - Salary and benefits could be better - Mandatory 4 days at the office - Dev-on-call can be very time consuming at times - Working directly with NYC means evening zoom calls, not ideal for early birds

      I joined Daisy's visionary founders to be a part of something new and innovative in a growing industry with untapped opportunities. To contribute to a supportive leadership team putting people first, starting with our front line, to be the difference in small business and their teams' owners' lives. It's been exciting to see us start to fulfill on those big ambitions so quickly.

      Cons

      As I'm required to post something - I'd say 100% remote work in different time zones isn't always ideal but everyone always makes it work, and team trips to collaborate in person support our foundation immeasurably.
