      Pros

      R&D center. Interesting range of projects.

      Cons

      Have been denied cost of living increase for the last 3 now 4 years, while regular staff have received it plus bonuses. I get no benefits, no paid holidays and no expenses paid. I have lost all respect for those who are in charge.
