-management is either malicious or incompetent
-management plays favourites to a ridiculous degree
-it gets unbearably hot in the building during the summer, and even though they could alleviate that they choose not to
-management punishes people who go to the bathroom
-everyone worth working with either quits because they can't deal with the bosses, or gets fired in short order for dumb reasons, meanwhile the people who should be tossed out the door stay on
I've never worked in a place that was as bad as this, most of the folks there are constantly miserable, and rightfully so, because they have to go to Dana everyday. Only work there you've got no other prospects.
