Tips are pretty good, but you work very hard for them

-absolutely pathetic management team -complete lack of respect for all workers -no respect for seniority -not much room for improvement as they RARELY give raises -no communication between management and staff, or between management -rarely ever received a schedule more than 3 days in advance -will completely slam you, with ridiculous sections (either too small or way too big) and then expect you to do a pathetic amount of work, while still tipping out way too high on sales -servers expected to do A LOT of work, inlcuding making all drinks (milkshakes and alcohol included), make salads, make all desserts, decorate all pancakes and crepes, make fruit bowls and veggie bowls, do take out orders, room services, and skip orders all while maintaining your section If you enjoy absolute chaos then be my guest.
