      Fully remote work and solid overall benefits.

      Cons

      Long hours + overtime Favouritism & Nepotism Highly stressful, unrealistic expectations from management, experts and coaches. On-boarding training was very rushed and not planned out for non-French users Experienced prejudice from day 1 in the IT department
