Office has an okay view. You trama-bond with your colleagues.
Cons
Management is toxic. Expect to be overworked and under paid. I've never been so depressed and miserable. The benefits sound great on paper but are difficult to actually use. You will be treated like a child and expected to do the work of 3+ people. There is no long term planning, structurally they operate on a wire thin staffing. Everybody quits so that they can earn a livable wage.
