      Good work environment. Flexible work schedule incase of emergency. Good work life balance

      Cons

      Flat salary, no bonus. As low as $500 yearly salary increase offers only , no negotiation. Some managers are friendly, some are not, it depends whom you get as a mentor and who you work with.

      Pros

      Decent balance, great colleagues, and nice office.

      Cons

      Flexibility kept getting taken away slowly, lots of blanket punishments instead of punishing those who deserved it, causing low morale. Lower pay, choose your own benefits but they weren’t great, and were expensive.
