      Low pay, no overtime pay. No additional paid time off (some firms give paid Fridays off in the summer)

      Pros

      Decent balance, great colleagues, and nice office.

      Cons

      Flexibility kept getting taken away slowly, lots of blanket punishments instead of punishing those who deserved it, causing low morale. Lower pay, choose your own benefits but they weren’t great, and were expensive.
