9yThank you for sharing this, especially as a former member of our EMEA team. It means a lot to me that you still care enough about Duo to speak out about your past experience. I’m glad that you found some great people, and we hope friends, during your time as a member of the team.
While I do feel that we have company culture that lives by our value “be kinder than necessary” and that our product is exceptional, your review outlines a different picture. I am disappointed that our channels for feedback at Duo did not work for you. I would welcome the opportunity to listen and learn from your experience with Duo and improve the experience for others within the company. I do hope you will reach out.
