I like it. It’s good if you have no experience and you want to start somewhere. They teach how to use a lot of heavy equipment like forklifts and cranes. It’s pretty chill job. Benefits are really good 401k and health insurance. Pay is good for entry level.
Cons
You’re going to be working 12 hour shifts. 6 to 6. You don’t have a choice to do days or nights. they rotate you every two weeks. Two weeks nights, two weeks nights. It’s 4 days a week.
Poor management. Dont value their employees and try to keep certain employees from making the most you can there. They try to dictate your time hours and overtime outside of the contract and company rules. Very unprofessional and managers tend to be vindictive and take things personal
