Pros
Excellent benefits-only thing going for this place besides decent pay. Get hired without any experience.
Cons
Way too many managers, they expect you to jump hoops for them. Claim to be big safety guru's-do not care about safety at all. Quantity over quality, they only care about how much pipe is going out the door. Profit sharing is a joke, we all know where the money is actually going-you aren't fooling anybody. Very negative environment, I can guarantee 98% of the employees who work here or have been here for 30+ years are only here because of the decent paycheck.
