Pros

The food is good so we rarely got many food related complaints. As a server, the tips can be good.

Cons

Servers would treat all other servers, hosts, and bussers like they were lowly slaves. They were VERY stuck up and were taught to be that way by a company only concerned about a workers appearance not their integrity, honesty, or work ethic. Management bullied you at every opportunity for clocking in one minute late, not being 15 minutes early for a shift or on some days just looking " not done up enough" or "too fat" A very hostile environment overall. As a host i daily got scolded for trying to encourage teamwork and going above and beyond my job duties to help out servers. We didn't get ANY tips either which is odd for a company who prices so much for their food! Be careful women. They will make you wear tight clothes just to sell food. They are extremely sexist and will not allow you to even wear pants. They didn't mind making me wear 4 inch heels to work even when my feel were bloody and raw after the end of a shift.Lots of double standards.. management can text and look at cat videos and sleep with all sorts of servers and hostesses ( even the underage ones) I actually got fired because I complained the other hostesses would text all shift while I got all the work. I would reccomend you work in this industry just not at earls or moxies or any other related restaurant if you want to be treated with respect :) Avoid the wem location and save yourself the dissapointment, if you must apply anywhere else.

Pros

seems like a lively workplace and good pay.

Cons

Extremely unprofessional, I drove all the way to Nashville after being asked for an interview. I waited a long time, and during the interview, I was told I'd be hired and that they would reach out as soon as possible. I got ghosted for weeks, I followed up and was told I was not chosen for the position. Stop wasting young people's time. Y'all have all the time to hire a ton of people and ask a ton of questions, but don't have the decency to send an email. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Especially in this economy people are struggling!
