Pros

There was a point in time where money could be made

Cons

Management is messy Resources are limited The pay scale has been lowered If you’ve ever wondered what happens when communication, organization, and customer service take an extended vacation, this is your answer. The process felt less like renting a car and more like participating in a social experiment about patience. The policies? Technically explained. Practically inconvenient. The service? Present. Warm? Debatable. The overall experience? Memorable though not for the reasons one hopes when traveling. I left with a rental car and a deeper appreciation for companies that understand clarity, efficiency, and basic hospitality. If you’re considering Easirent, just arrive with ample time, realistic expectations, and perhaps a snack.

Pros

Occasionally worked with some talented and kind colleagues (though most don’t stay long).

Cons

This company has one of the most toxic work environments I’ve ever experienced. Yelling in meetings is a regular occurrence, and rather than fostering collaboration or professional growth, the culture encourages finger-pointing and blame-shifting. Accountability is a foreign concept here — everyone’s goal seems to be deflecting responsibility rather than solving problems. Management is especially problematic. The fact that one manager proudly goes by “the Terminator” — due to their reputation for firing people — should tell you everything you need to know. People are let go without any warning, often for vague “budget reasons” and with zero notice. Don’t expect severance or any kind of transparency. Morale is predictably low, and no one feels safe or valued. The revolving door of talent is shocking, but leadership sees it as a badge of honor rather than a serious red flag. If you’re looking for stability, respect, or a supportive environment, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.
