* STD runs rampant in APD because high ups don't listen to employees feedback. They do not hire to replace those who left and pile the work on those who are left. Adjusters are handling almost 200 claims. * a new team lead called us "monkeys running the circus" and higher ups was okay with this. * Eventhough the company approved shared success this year, higher ups still withheld some people bonuses. * moral is very low * team leads get written up for standing up for their team and trying to advocate for better * parent company needs to step in because the Ontario auto team is a liability * 3 employees already initiated lawsuits due to sexist remarks from new team lead to refusing work place accommodation after surgery. * favoritism is also an issue. When everyone else is drowning with almost 200 claims a select few only handles 50. This sets them up for success for promotions. * in office was once a week but for punishment its now 2 days a week. * turnover is the worst I ever seen anywhere * other departments are wondering what's going on in APD * Salary is extremely low compared to what other companies are offering *nepotism is a new thing now higher ups are now hiring friends. A commercial team lead was brought in with NO commercial experience. The position wasnt even posted. * higher ups pull your application if you try to apply for other positions within the company * End of the year performance rating is pointless because higher ups goes in and lower the rating your team lead gave you * Tickets won through raffles can be canceled if higher up deem you unworthy. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE JOKE
