Pros
The work is fairly easy and the pay is decent.
Cons
Although the department I work in is led by a woman, the diversity stops there. International women's day was a joke this year considering only men (white) were promoted. Our female president doesn't care or she refuses to recognize the clear issues we face. -The commission structure also doesn't reward those who work hard. Instead it makes it easier for new people and this makes no sense. -Managers are not available to help because they are busy selling houses. -Team leads can't help because they are overworked. -No growth or hope for growth -Your opinion doesn't hold any weight as an individual or even as part of the sales team.
