Terrible and Childish Management - Guest Service Representative Elmwood Spa Employee Review

Management will nit-pick every little thing about you and give you terrible consequences for it. One time, I was joking around with an RMT, and they took away his bonus for laughing with me lmaooo. The management office also reeks of strong food odours + sweat. Even if you open their office by 1mm, you will get slapped in the face with the smell. This is on the first floor, right next to the welcome desk so... Yeah. That's what the staff and guests have to deal with. All in all, DO NOT work here. Management have disgusting attitudes and will fire you for absolutely anything.
