Predictable schedule but toxic management and cliques - Material Handler Emco Corporation Employee Review

Management sucks. You will be treated like a dog at any location. There are cliques in both management and production facilities. You will never get a raise unless you are promoted or unless you suck up to management. They rather replace you than find ways to de-escalate undue hardship. Your job will feel like it has no meaning over long periods of time which will feel like you're in a prison. None of their job tiles are competitive in the job market. If you do not have any experience use it if hired and then run far away when you gain enough experience for higher pay somewhere else.
