      Pay is fair, perdiem on the road sucks.

      Cons

      Nepotism drowns out employees voices. If you are not related or a friend of Management you are just a tool to make them look good. Intense micromanagement.

      Pros

      Englobe allows flexible hours and working remotely. Many great projects to work on, really expands knowledge and career path. Travel to some very interesting locations.

      Benefits package is a a little light
