Good place to start and learn. Many opportunities to grow and train. Management is always looking to help their employees expand beyond their roles. Pay is decent for someone new to the industry
Cons
Company is on a constant state of restructuring. Heavy reliance on Vendor development and third party applications Although pay is good for starters, getting increases or raises can be a challenge within your existing role. Only real way to make a jump is to apply for a promotion
