      Truly excellent teams that support each other through collaboration and guidance with a focus on competence. VP Sales is a truly excellent character that cares about his people, is engaged and drives strategy on all divisions s. VP Operations is also very plugged into the business, driving strategy and goals while caring about his people. A fun work environment with talented people, excellent work-life balance, and significant opportunity through growth.

      Cons

      Limited policies and procedures for HSE and culture being a young private company, but the CEO is focused on building.

      E360s offers a highly collaborative environment where teams work closely together to solve problems and support one another. The company is growing quickly, which creates a lot of opportunity for employees to take on new challenges, build their skill sets, and make a visible impact. If you’re someone who enjoys a fast-paced setting and wants to grow your career, there is definitely room to do so here. Leadership is accessible, and there’s a strong sense of momentum across the organization.

      Cons

      With rapid growth comes evolving processes, which can sometimes lead to a lack of structure or shifting priorities. This environment may not be ideal for those who prefer a more defined or slower-paced workplace.
