Poor leadership at the senior level. Although I felt cared for as an individual, there was no ability to progress through the organization and once they have you in a position that is producing value, you will never advance. Very poor internal support for field and project staff. HR, Finance and procurement all very challenging to work with and brutally understaffed. Financial micromanagement is to the extreme and makes for a very difficult work environment.
