      Pros

      Lots of talented folks who care about their work.

      Cons

      Executive leadership (president and cco) are openly mean to the staff. They built the business on female empowerment but regularly demean and belittle the women on the team. Turnover rate is the worst I’ve witnessed. There is no vision. It truly very uninspiring to work here.

      Global presence, innovative, category-leading products focused on wellbeing. Sustainability values, very long tenured employees. Great culture for work/life balance.

      Cons

      Massive global matrixed organization with many decision makers- bureaucracy. Reorganization every few years.
